This course is required of all new students enrolled in the Adult Degree Completion program. The seminar is designed to provide pertinent information to effectively guide students toward academic success through various presentations that focus on scholarship skills, American Psychological Association writing style and format, D2L and MyOakwood technology, and the history and mission of Oakwood University. This course also introduces and emphasizes the critical thinking process through writing.
