The Division of Student Life and Mission at Oakwood University (OU) recognizes that students are our highest priority. welcome their unique strengths, talents, contributions, and ideas. We are eager for studen to experience the mighty power of God shaping their lives.

Our mission is to enhance the OU experience by working closely with faculty and staff to support students’ academic development and personal growth. Our offices play a vital role in bridging the academic, social, intellectual, and spiritual aspects of student life. We aim to help students discover a sense of belonging within the university community.

The Division of Student Life and Mission strives to foster an educational environment that reflects a high commitment to student success and encourages leadership development, personal and spiritual growth, and respect for intellectual and cultural diversity.
