This is the second component of a two-part series on human development across the lifespan. The course examines various social systems that individuals encounter, which can either enhance or impede their health and well-being. It continues the exploration of developmental theories, including but not limited to bio-psycho-social-cultural-spiritual perspectives, as well as racial and identity formation development theories. These frameworks serve as the context for understanding individual, family, and group development from young adulthood to old age.
