To withdraw due to medical emergency, a student must first contact the Dean of their residence hall. The Dean will consult with the Director of Health and Counseling Services to verify the student's medical status. The Director of Residential Life will then complete the necessary withdrawal form, attach the appropriate documentation, and submit it to the Retention Specialist.
