After the two week drop-add period, students may withdraw from courses. The last day to submit a withdrawal request for courses is 2 weeks before last day of instruction. The Academic Calendar will reflect the actual date. Students who withdraw from courses after the drop period will receive a grade of W. (See above).
Students should expect a ‘W’ for courses dropped after the two-week add-drop period. Failure to submit the appropriate drop form may result in a final grade of FA.
Note: A ‘W’ grade will be calculated in the attempted hours, but not in the grade point average. A grade of ‘FA’ will be calculated in both the attempted hours and the grade point average
