This course is designed to provide opportunities for students to be actively engaged in faculty research projects. The focus of the project centers on health promotion and disease prevention. Priority will be given to research protocols aiming to reduce disparities in underserved populations. As the unique mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church includes promoting the health of individuals, families, groups, and communities, one or more of the Biblical principles of health is integrated into the research project.
