This course requires an interdisciplinary approach by integrating three areas of study in addressing contemporary issues. Students will select a contemporary topic of study and write a paper demonstrating the interrelatedness and unique contributions that each area of study brings to the topic. Special emphasis will be placed on the strengths and weaknesses of each discipline as part of an integrated approach to problem-solving/ decision-making. The proposed research must be approved by the program advisor.
Prerequisites
EN 112 and an Interdisciplinary Studies major and senior standing.
