- A candidate for a degree must have a satisfactory academic record and be of good moral character. In addition, the candidate must possess personal attributes which will reflect well upon Oakwood University. The University reserves the sole and final right to determine whether the candidate possesses such personal attributes.
- The student is responsible, at all times, for knowing his or her scholastic standing and for fulfilling all requirements of the University by referring to published academic policies, regulations and standards and by consulting with the appropriate dean, department chair or advisor. It is the student’s responsibility to ascertain and meet course requirements, prerequisite requirements, graduation requirements, appropriate course sequencing, and any other requirements of the University.
