A survey of lighting techniques used in studio photography, ranging from portraiture and still life, to photojournalist and commercial application. Class hours are devoted to lighting demonstrations in the studio, lectures, and critiquing of assignments. Laboratory consists of planning assignments, gathering props, shooting assignments, printing, and mounting for class critiques. (Previously AR 374 Studio Photography).
