The Alabama Student Assistance Program (ASAP) is a need-based grant that provides financial aid to Alabama residents attending eligible postsecondary institutions. For consideration, eligible Alabama Residents must complete a FAFSA.
Alabama Student Grant Program (ASGP)
The Alabama Student Grant Program (ASGP) is a non-need-based grant for Alabama residents attending eligible independent colleges and universities within the state.
Must complete the Alabama Student Grant Program Application (email completed form and two (2) proofs of AL residency to finaid@oakwood.edu).
Fall semester deadline: September 15
Spring semester deadline: February 15
